A’dora Derriere

A’dora Derriere became the owner of the Miss Burlesque worldwide competition in 2017, after being in the producer role of the Miss Burlesque & Mr Boylesque WA competitions since 2012. A’dora is director of Perth based troupe, Sugar Blue Burlesque and has been performing, teaching internationally and producing burlesque shows since 2007.

She was an associate producer for the FRINGE WORLD Festival in Perth in 2011 and 2012 and was also the co-creator of the annual Perth International Burlesque Festival, which began in 2011 and is the co-producer of The Apprentease Awards. She launched the inaugural Miss Burlesque UK competition in 2018 in London.
With her wealth of knowledge in the burlesque industry and experience in producing great shows, Mx Burlesque Australia is in good hands!


Alyssa Kitt

Fierce. Formidable. The Feminist Fatale. Miss Alyssa Kitt is the golden hair dream made of curves and cream. A purveyor of The Naked Arts and internationally acclaimed powerhouse of burlesque.

An artistic and intellectual chameleon, Alyssa fuses 15 years embodied stage knowledge and teaching experience as a hybrid academic and practitioner. She is a doctoral candidate in Theatre and Performance Studies at City University New York’s Graduate Center, and is the Director of the Australian Burlesque Museum.

Alyssa has twice been selected to compete for the prestigious title of Miss Exotic World, Queen of Burlesque at the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas. She is the Associate Producer of Miss Burlesque Australia (2022 shift to Mx Burlesque Australia) who moved into producing after four years competing and being awarded the titles of Miss Burlesque Australia 1st runner up (2014), Miss Classic MBA (2012, 2014) Miss Tassel-Twirl and Miss Burlesque Queensland (2012, 2014). Currently in her seventh year on the production team for Miss Burlesque Australia, Alyssa has spear-headed rule re-writes and competition updates since 2017.


Kelly Ann Doll

Kelly Ann Doll is undeniable one of Australia’s leading ladies of Burlesque. With more titles under her belt than a heavy weight champion. Her diversity and passion for her art has seen her sky rocket her way to successful career in not only the Burlesque Arena, but as a producer, teacher and creative director to some of the Nation’s leading events companies and clientele.

A former Miss Burlesque NSW Winner (2013) , a Miss Burlesque Victoria Winner (2011) and twice runner up for the Miss Burlesque Australia Crown, she is in constant high demand all across the globe and there is no doubt that this ‘pocket rocket’ is a perfect fit for the new and improved production of the Mx Burlesque Australia Brand and we cant wait to see what NSW has in store with Kelly Ann Doll on the team.


Memphis Mae

Crowned Miss Burlesque NSW 2014 & 2nd Runner up in Miss Burlesque Australia, Sydney Burlesque performer, MC and Producer Memphis Mae is breaking boundaries and pushing audiences out of their comfort zones to bring a new level of interactive burlesque, MCing and production.
Memphis produces and MC’s her own award winning show, Falcons Burlesque!
Memphis is co-producer of many shows in NSW and creates a space where performers can bring their art to life whether it be Burlesque, sideshow, music and circus.
Now Memphis takes the reigns as co-producer of Mx Burlesque New South Wales!


Domino de Jour

State Producer of Mx Burlesque Victoria

Based in Melbourne, Australia Domino stepped onto the stage as a solo burlesque performer in 2014. A multifaceted performer, skilled in duality Domino has performed all over Australia from sparkling grand stages to dimly lit back alley bars with acts that span from glorious classics to body horror-inspired rock numbers. Growing up in the competitive world of ballroom she is no stranger to competition and holds the titles of Miss Burlesque Melbourne 2016 and Miss Burlesque Australia’s Showgirl of the Year 2016.

Domino is a resident teacher at Maison Burlesque who is described by her students as ‘ a fierce, no-s**t- taking, powerhouse of a woman who puts a real life hourglass to shame with her hip to waist ratio. An unapologetically bold performer and ferociously supportive of her students. She’s the Barbie doll you wished your Barbie doll could be.”

A passionate feminist and advocate for intersectionality and diversity within the art form that is burlesque. Domino currently produces Tassel Thursday, a monthly show dedicated to uplifting emerging performers and providing safe spaces for stage development and growth within the arts. With a lifetime of dance and stage experience under her belt, she draws upon this for her unique acts and passionately passes on the knowledge through teaching and mentoring other performers.


Moisty Magic (they/them)

State Producer of Mx Burlesque South Australia

Moisty Magic is a sassy mouthed, fierce creature who is equal parts showgirl, rabble rouser, and opinionated arsehole. Renowned for acts of tongue in cheek social commentary and political satire, Moisty brandishes opinions as loud as their hair colour and wit as sharp as their eyeliner.

A self described Leftist Bimbo, they are academic by day, sex worker by night, and performance activist any time they are allowed close enough to a stage. Definitely not for the faint of heart, this iconic political pin-up is a force to be reckoned with.

A Former Miss Burlesque South Australia (2019) and  Miss Burlesque Adelaide (2016) winner. Moisty’s resume also includes co-producing Lucky Tease, teaching their own signature style of ‘Spicy Floorwork’, as well as their solo podcast Politics With A Pin-Up.

With a passion for creating safe, intersectional, and diverse spaces within the burlesque community. Moisty is stepping up to takes the reigns as the producer of Mx Burlesque South Australia.


Lila Luxx

State Producer of Mx Burlesque Queensland

Burlesque powerhouse Lila Luxx is at home on the stage – on both sides of the curtain! Whether she’s performing, producing or teaching, she brings her passion and panache to every project.

As the Director of The Bombshell Burlesque Academy and Bombshell Burlesque Events in Brisbane and co-founder of The Burlesque Cruise, Lila works to create opportunities for hundreds of burlesque artists, both emerging and established, every year.

Lila Luxx has performed as a Mover, Shaker & Innovator at the Burlesque Hall of Fame 2017, was a Best Debut contender at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekend 2016, headlined the Perth International Burlesque Festival in 2016 and the Australian Burlesque Festival in 2015. Lila was also awarded Most Outstanding Contribution and Best Troupe for The Bombshells at the Australian Burlesque Community Awards in 2017 and Most Supportive in 2018.


Jazida

State Co-Producer of Mx Burlesque ACT

Jazida  is a Canberra based dancer, teacher and producer who was crowned Miss Burlesque ACT 2016/2017 and was 2nd Runner up in Miss Burlesque Australia. She is the founder of #JazdiaProductions, which has produced a string of sold out shows, such as Decadence and Debauchery, locally as well as at the Adelaide Fringe Festival.

Her passion for the Canberra Burlesque scene, has been demonstrated by her regularly bringing interstate headlining artists to the ACT to perform and run workshops to help up-skill local artists as well as bridge the community nationally.
