Arnavaz Lindsay Couture & Intoxication
Arnavaz Lindsay is a Brisbane based designer who is the brainchild behind bespoke label, ‘Arnavaz Lindsay Couture’ and ready-to-wear lingerie label, ‘Intoxication’.
She has been working in the likes of the theatre/fashion industry for almost 20years and found a niche market in the world of burlesque back in 2015 when she created a gown for beauty queen, Magnolia Knife.
From here her business has continued to grow and at the beginning of the year, Arnavaz opened her own boutique at Jamieson Studios where you can purchase her wears or commission a costume.
Arnavaz’s experience and skills cover a vast array of areas, including design and construction of corsetry, costume, couture, lingerie and headwear. Her fantastical bespoke creations along with her ready-to-wear lingerie have been gracing stages all across Australia and now for the first time an international market is on the rise too.
Starlets such as Bettie Bombshell, Citrine Velvetine, Lila Luxx, Ivy Cartel, Madeline Glasseater and of course, Magnolia Knife are just some of the names that have been adorned by the designs of Arnavaz Lindsay.

Steven May is a Queensland-based lighting designer and audio-visual technician. Working technical and designer roles across Meanjin in theatre, dance, circus and burlesque productions, he specialises in integrating technical elements with aesthetics and storytelling. He has devoted his career to building a production business with a focus on fringe and unconventional arts projects in addition to larger-scale commercial productions.
