Steven May is a Queensland-based lighting designer and audio-visual technician. Working technical and designer roles across Meanjin in theatre, dance, circus and burlesque productions, he specialises in integrating technical elements with aesthetics and storytelling. Recently his attention has turned to building a production business with a focus on fringe and unconventional arts projects in addition to larger-scale commercial productions. Cam Attree Photography

Cam Attree has been photographing women in various states of undress for over 15 years but it wasn’t until he had the opportunity to photograph the then current Miss Burlesque Australia, Sina King, in late 2011 that he had his first taste of burlesque and became more interested in vintage glamour and boudoir photography.

Since then, Cam has been an avid supporter of the Australian Burlesque scene with local Queensland and interstate performers becoming a favourite subject for his lens.
Cam divides his shooting time between his personal artistic nude photography, vintage glamour and boudoir photography for private clients, along with assisting performers take their concepts and costumes off the stage to give them life in the two-dimensional world of image making.
